What's included:

This is a purposefully stripped back coaching experience; aka non of the fluff so you can get all of the stuff that actually creates true transformation & healing.

This container is made up of monthly or fortnightly powerful coaching conversations, where you'll be held in your fullness, called into courageous action and supported to move through the ebbs & flows.

You get to choose the pace of your coaching experience- so it meets you exactly where you're at.

You'll receive a pre-coaching ritual to open the experience and 6x 60 minute coaching conversations during the experience which are offered as either fortnightly calls over a 12 week period or monthly calls over 6 months.
